About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented People & Finance Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our People (HR) and Finance functions. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working across both administrative and analytical responsibilities, ensuring smooth internal processes that contribute to an efficient, compliant, and people-centred workplace.You will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting and compliance tasks, and ensuring a positive employee experience through effective HR operations. This position requires strong organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Support

  • Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and reporting activities

  • Support compliance requirements, financial documentation, and regulatory submissions.

  • Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, receipts, and expense reports.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for finance-related tasks.

HR Operations

  • Manage and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.

  • Support payroll preparation and monthly processing

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-up communication.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and team communications.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking applicants who can demonstrate:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounts, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in finance, HR operations, or a combined administrative role.

  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information responsibly.

  • A proactive, flexible, and solution-focused approach to work.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Tagalog speakers with a valid UAE driving licence are preferred.
