About the Role

As a key member of the Student Recruitment & Experience Office, you will support students from their first enquiry through to registration and beyond. You will be responsible for delivering accurate information, guiding applicants through the admissions process, and supporting targeted outreach and marketing activity within the Tagalog speaking community. Your work will directly contribute to LSBU UAE’s mission by ensuring every prospective and current student receives a professional, welcoming, and personalised experience

Key Responsibilities

Student Recruitment & Engagement

  • Engage prospective students via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and face to face meetings.

  • Deliver clear and compelling information about LSBU UAE programmes, entry requirements, and pathways.

  • Support targeted marketing and outreach initiatives across Tagalog speaking markets.

  • Represent LSBU UAE at school visits, events, and recruitment fairs when required

Admissions Support

  • Assist applicants with documentation, admissions processes, and general guidance

  • Conduct timely follow ups to improve conversion from enquiry to enrolment.

  • Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping within CRM and admissions systems.

  • Coordinate with academic teams for file reviews and admissions decisions.

Student Experience & Counselling

  • Provide initial academic and career guidance to prospective learners

  • Support onboarding activities, induction sessions, and student focused events.

  • Contribute to creating a positive and supportive student experience environment.

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Support the daily operations of the Student Recruitment & Experience Office.

  • Prepare weekly reports, collate data, and support KPI tracking

  • Assist with planning and delivering webinars, workshops, and faculty led events.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking applicants who can demonstrate:

  • Fluency in Tagalog with excellent English communication skills.

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in admissions, telemarketing, counselling, customer service, or a related field.

  • A friendly, confident, and professional manner with the ability to build trust with students and families

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • A flexible and proactive approach, with the willingness to learn and grow with the team.

  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
