Strategic Marketing
Examines strategic marketing principles, including market analysis, brand management, consumer behavior, and how to develop and implement effective marketing strategies in global markets.
Strategic Management and Leadership in a Global Environment
Covers the fundamentals of strategic management and leadership, with a focus on decision-making, competitive advantage, and managing organizations in the global marketplace.
Strategic Human Resource Management and UAE Law
Explores strategic HRM practices and how they align with business objectives, alongside an in-depth understanding of labor laws and regulations specific to the UAE.
Research Methods and Data Analytics
Introduces students to various research methodologies and data analysis techniques, equipping them with skills to conduct research and make data-driven decisions in business contexts.
International Economics and Global Finance
Focuses on global economic theories, financial markets, and the implications of international trade and finance. Students will analyze financial systems and global economic policies.
Dissertation
A major independent research project, allowing students to explore a business issue in-depth, apply theoretical and practical knowledge, and contribute original insights to the field.
Organizational Psychology in Practice
Investigates how psychological principles apply to organizations, focusing on behavior, motivation, leadership, and team dynamics to improve workplace productivity and culture.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: Minimum aggregate of 55% in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant Subjects: Consideration for degrees in other fields with substantial coursework in accounting.
- Professional Qualifications: Candidates with professional accounting or finance qualifications can also apply.
- Minimum Requirement: 60% in English in either Bachelor's or High School.
- Alternative: Equivalent pass in an internal test in English.
- Exceptional Candidates: Significant work experience in accounting or finance.
- Minimum Experience: At least 5 years of managerial or supervisory level experience
